Bursting SCOTUS's bubble

The Republican majority of the Supreme Court of the United States has become the laughingstock of the nation.

See: http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2012/07/08/opinion/sunday/the-strip.html#1

This cartoon mocks Justice Scalia's recent comments on "racial entitlements" and the January 2010 "Citizens United" decision.

The root of the problem is the theft of Presidential elections, being mocked from an insider's perspective in the ABC TV's series "Scandal," that put Karl Rove in charge of vetting Supreme Court appointments.

I seriously doubt Scalia, Thomas and Alito care. I think Roberts might a bit. He sometimes shows some concern about his legacy as Chief Justice. Whether it will make a difference, we shall see.
