Younger and younger gun users committing crimes

BRUNSWICK, GA -- When she got back from the hospital with a bullet wound to her leg, Sherry West invited Action News into her living room still littered with items belonging to her baby boy, Antonio. The 13 month old was killed just a few hours earlier. She says it was during a robbery attempt by a couple of kids.

She says she was walking her child in his stroller just yards from their Brunswick, Georgia home at about 9 a.m.

"Two boys approached me. Two African American boys. One of them was about 15," said West. "He said, 'I'm going to kill you if you don't give me money,' and I said, 'I swear I don't have any.'"

I'll wait for the complete police investigation before offering an opinion...

Police are reviewing her first interview with her hospital interview..another Susan Smith case?
