It would be a better panel without him. He completely misunderstood by 180 degrees what Alex said as she agreed with the Congressman's use of chicken hawk. Tweety acts like it is his show. He just needs to shut the fuck up.

...the others were superfluous..especially Wagner who seems to think that even if we were lied into it, we're still better off without Saddam Hussein ergo the ends justify the means...
