2nd update: key vote Kennedy VERY uncomfortable striking down #prop8. Suggests dismissing case. Would leave in place 9th Circuit pro-#ssm ruling.

I should have the same rights as those in California and I expect the SC to end discrimination.
I've been in a relationship for 27 years with the same man and I'm tired of waiting.

(24,872 posts)So sick and tired of this shit! Why is it even an issue? Did you hear that weird defense attorney today? (Cooper) about marriage is "allowed" by the "state" in order for people to procreate?
I hope adopting a small terrier mix counts in our case, otherwise, we might as well just get our marriage annulled.
