Why we have to fight for equality for anyone this day in age is beyond me. Country has been sliding backwards since 1970. Wages, workers rights, forget ERA....so disappointing. Hopefully, the pendulum is turning the other way...

And as far as civil rights for the GLBT community, we certainly have not been sliding backwards since 1970.
