A HERETIC I AM

I just learned today that a medical legend died last week, and a personal friend;

Dr. Joseph Davis, MD, Dade Dounty Medical Examiner for over 40 years.

He was my neighbor and my fathers best friend. His wife who passed away in 2001 was my mothers best friend.

Dr. Joe had a huge influence on Forensic Pathology and that influence stretches around the world.

RIP Doc. Your sense of humor, your charm and your intellect will be missed.
