I would consider it an attack. If it was a naked person, I would consider it an attack and sexual assault.

I think you might be letting your opinion about the phelps influence your opinion about the naked guy's actions.

If you are unsure of this, imagine a naked man charging at your wife/mother/daughter. Would you expect the police to take action if you found out the person's identity?

He was lured there under false pretenses, and then a giant naked guy at least attempted to attack him. That's assault and potentially battery, and perhaps even sexual assault. Might even manage some kind of kidnapping or detainment charge as well. I suspect we'll find out.

I hate those Westboro clowns. I think they are trolling for lawsuits. But that video was disturbing as hell to me.

Almost always a more symbolic rope-based sort of thing, though some of the more, ah, hardcore groups will occasionally bring in actual spikes. (And substantial support otherwise, since they're obviously not actually trying to kill the person.)

Put better than three hundred million people inside the same set of borders and you'll see just about anything. Non-pointy crucifixion reenactment probably actually is something regular in the States, though I don't hear about the other kind often.

There's an commercial for the live crucifixion at the beginning of the video. That interview just didn't seem particularly spontaneous or realistic to me...

Not quite the script for that old Randy Newman song, but sometimes real-life is even funnier.

I tried to explain, we were both of us lazy and doin' the best we could!
Well, he faked to the left
He faked to the right
Snatched the purse from her hand
"Someone stop me!" he cried
"Won't nobody help a naked man?"

That's on of my favorite Randy Newman songs. Those lyrics...Sweet Jesus. Those lyrics are what English was meant for.

Many things they do not respond to lately. For example, their new neighbors. I have yet to see anything about what they are starting to do to get rid of them. One would think that, with history to be one's guide, They would be polluting the air waves and internet with a nasty response. Then again they may be to busy handling, or trying to, what has happened in FL. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/03/28/florida-funeral-buffer-bill_n_2971459.html
