Is there any possible chance that Sterling's anti-trust suit against the NBA...

...could,without meaning to, create legal precedent that leads to the anti-trust exemptions enjoyed by the major sports leagues being ruled unconstitutional or otherwise invalid?

It would be a huge "law of unintended consequences" result if that happened.

Only baseball has that exemption, not basketball or football or hockey .

but it is a big thing that baseball has no exposure to anti-trust. some day it will be challenged again in court. I don't like that baseball has an exemption.
