You do realize no one is being placed in concentration camps correct?

The State of Michigan’s fascist iron glove is pounding on Detroiters, using mass water shut-offs without notice, and mass concentration camp imprisonment at the Mound Road state facility. There, hundreds are locked into filthy holding rooms without sanitation, proper food, water and medical care, guarded by Michigan Department of Corrections personnel.

Here is a less "colorful" link: http://www.freep.com/article/20140530/NEWS01/305300175/Detroit-water-bills-shutoffs

About 40 protesters armed with signs and a megaphone on Friday called on the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department to stop shutting off water for residents with delinquent accounts, calling the practice unfair and inhumane.

The protestors marched in front of the department’s downtown offices, proclaiming that corporations with late bills are being let off the hook while residents receive little to no notice before their water is cut off.

Water department deputy director Darryl Latimer denied the protesters’ claims. He said corporations that are not paying their bills will have their water cut off, too. He denied that some residents’ water was cut off without notice.

“Nobody’s been shut off without notice,” Latimer said. “By all means, we want to go after commercial properties. That’s where you get the most bang for your buck.”

I do agree that water should be provided as a basic right, but I don't really know how to solve this problem.

The second article on the site I used is saying that CPS is now removing children from their homes because there is no running water in them. It's incredible.
