MN man pulls shotgun on neighbor teaching daughter to ride bike: ‘I should have shot him’

I'm so sick of reading stories like this. I'm happy his guns were confiscated and he was charged with crimes.

A Minnesota man was arrested last week after pulling a shotgun on a neighbor who was teaching his 7-year-old daughter to ride a bike.

According to the arrest complaint, 61-year-old Gary Drake began making comments about the father’s tactics May 25 as he taught the girl to ride on the cul-de-sac they shared.

The father told his neighbor, “I’ve got it,” which apparently angered the older man.

“If you don’t like my advice, get off my street,” Drake told the man, who reminded his neighbor he didn’t own the street.

A 59-year-old Burnaby man was shot and seriously injured early Sunday morning near Spences Bridge, B.C., while taking part in a randonneur road cycling event.

The cyclist has been identified as Craig Premack, by his family.

Lytton RCMP said he was cycling on Highway 1 just south of Spences Bridge at around 1 a.m. PT when someone opened fire on him, hitting his upper body.

Something we need has broken and isn't working any longer.

A gun should be no where in this picture. Any society which makes this possible is diseased.
