Colbert had FloridaMan gun asshole featured in a Difference Maker segment.

This asshole shoots his gun in his yard and puts his neighbors at risk and the law is on his side. This is a travesty, although the bit was funny.

he is apparently legally allowed to do what he wants. just as those imbeciles shooting black kids and claiming they were scared- and getting away with it in court.
