Obama has never shown any indication he has any trouble speaking to people he disagrees with. I suppose Putin might but again I doubt it.

Obama and Kerry are upset at French authorities, because Hollande decided to sell Mistral warship to Putin. Plus France didn't engaged real sanctions agains Russian regime.
On another issue, Fabius is bitter at US...because US didn't already launched military strike on Syria.
