Every suit needs to be tailored.
The price of the suit does not include tailoring.

President Obama wears suits made by Hart, Schaffner and Marx. The ones he bought before he became president cost $1500 apiece. It takes, easily, a full day's worth of tailoring to get them exactly right...because when a suit costs more than your first car, you want it to fit like a glove.

The ones he wears now are custom made and much more expensive...they probably take more tailoring than the cheap ones did.

I checked on the website and the suits that only qualified for that offer were like $800.

5. I actually heard a guy call it "Jay Oh Ess Banks".

I can't blame it on Fox, because I don't watch Fox. I don't remember what channel it was, but the guy actually welcomed their sponsor, "Jay Oh Ess Banks."

And if need three suits for the price of one...I'd buy three suits at JC Penney. They come from the same slave factory. If I wanted a quality suit, JOS Banks is the last place I'd look...just because of their ads.

Couple of years ago they ran a buy one, get two free, and I bought two suits and a sports jacket for around $650 (including tailoring for the two suits). It was their middle-range suits and I've been very pleased - they're well made and fit very well.

...that ads I'm seeing on this page now are for Frank & Oak, Bonobo's and Indochino!
(they're all men's clothing companies)

I opened this because I'm in the market for a new suit.
Thanks for the info!
