(1,186 posts)I bought a backup generator for my house there last year for $2400 when every other place I checked wanted at least 5 grand.
There is a Wal Mart/ Sam's club 5 minutes from my house and Costco is a 25 minute drive. I go there at least once a month. Nice people, good prices and it feels good sticking it to the Walton family every time I go there.

(2,467 posts)Good prices on a lot of things. Walmart has better quality produce than winco and at better prices, and better deals on cereal. Nobody beast costco on quality, though.

They're not here in Colorado, unfortunately.
We used to have Cub Foods, which the Wikipedia article says was operated by Winco, but they withdrew from Colorado years ago. I liked Cub.
