I got a RAISE at work!!

very surprising. we run from march to november selling asphalt products then close down for the winter

at the end of last year it was real slow here and i was slacking off and wasnt focused my mind was on other stuff as the season was ending. My boss noticed and said i either need to step it up or start looking for something that interests me more.

He just called to let me know that my evaluation period was over, that he has seen 100% improvement with basically everything and that id be getting more on the paycheck because of it.

i was just happy to keep my job 8-)
