I've been a DUer from early on, and have followed the rising anti-American insanity of the r's for a dozen years. I have never in all this time been as angry and disgusted as I am right now at the destruction of the life of one of our troops as a way to bring down our twice-elected president. I cannot imagine that anyone in uniform who understands what it takes to put on a uniform and go in harm's way, who understands what the UCMJ is about can go along with this kangaroo trial-by-internet-and-media of a POW. Before he was even debriefed, he was slandered by people who never had the courage or the conviction to serve. I do not believe there has ever been a more shameful episode in our political history as this cruel, senseless scourging of one of our troops. May endless shame be heaped on the heads of those who participated--most particularly Senator Feinstein--in turning their hatred of our president into a crucifixion.
