Bitcoin continues to grow up...

Bitcoin is today where the internet was around 1992 or so... Like it or not, it's coming. Those uninformed will try to call it a "conservative" or "libertarian" money... Those people would be wrong. Democratic politicians are using it to request campaign contributions and many liberal causes will be furthered by it's adoption (like being able to send money directly to those in need without 3rd parties in the middle).

http://newsbtc.com/2014/06/05/ebay-ceo-john-donahoe-paypal-will-integrate-digital-currencies/

“I think there’s no doubt digital currency is going to play an important role going forward, and at PayPal, we’re going to have to integrate digital currencies into our wallet.”

Interesting remarks indeed, and the community might be silly at this point to not think PayPal is working to include digital currencies in their product.

It highlights that digital currencies — namely bitcoin — are becoming just too big for large companies like eBay and PayPal to ignore. It may also serve as the kick in the rear bitcoin needs for mass adoption.

Progress will continue and most of the time in directions you cant imagine.

Bitcoin (or something similar to it) will do to the banking and finance industry what email did to the post office.
