Todd does his best to not call a spade a spade on Va. bribe.

On this morning's Chuck report, Todd obscured what is going on in Virginia regarding the Democratic senator resigning and taking a high paying state job and securing a judgeship for his daughter from the GOP. He kept referring to the sequence of events as being transactional in nature. No scandal reference. no mention of quid pro quo. No calling a bribe a bribe. What a tool.
