The heaviest and most onerous of all taxes

is the percentage of our private purchases spent by businesses required to pay for influence in the political structure since the advent of Citizens United, to which we might add the costs associated with the terrible inefficiencies of a bribery economy. Thanks, Republican Supreme Court.

I'd guesstimate it at 7% and rising. Add to that the Really Stupid Decision Tax if you live in a red state or county still trying to follow conservative economic policy, and don't forget to add the judgment payout tax if your local county sheriff had people murdered in camps and embezzled everything.

Yes, you, Joseph Arpaio. I'm talking about you, Gangster Boy.

Maricopa County probably tops out the Citizens United Tax at what, say twenty-five percent? Redder than anyone.

Conservatism. Raising bad taxes and ruining capitalism for the rest of us since -- jeez, what, 100,000 B.C.?

I vote lower Citizens United Taxes, that's what I vote.
