who follows the teachings of Jesus Christ, one could argue that there are, in fact, no Christians among the ranks of the GOP in the House and Senate.

They would say a prayer to Jesus as the missiles flew. Good to see them weeding out into the White Evangelicals and the Eternally Confused Teabaggers. There goes millions of voters.

Hello House, my old friend. Time to own Congress.

Paul was the first fundamentalist 'Christian' whose ideology pretty much was the opposite of Jesus even though they both were in the same bible. Jesus was prophesied in the old testament, Paul was just 1 of hundreds of people who spread Christianity after the death of Jesus and in 300 AD some folks at Nicene decided to include his writings in the bible.

than anyone else. He was a misogynist, a plutocrat and his version of what Christ "said" is nothing Christ would have said. Throw out the chapters he is responsible for, and the ones that were written by those who actually KNEW Christ are a good guide to living. Paul's chapters twist them with his own, narrow minded and evil approach to life.

There may be Republican(s) who are not Christian elected in November.

Most of congress identifies as Christian. I'm not sure this is a problem. Each state and district votes in their representatives. Minnesota has a relatively small Jewish population and elected four Jewish senators in six elections. (It's the same senate seat, now held by Al Franken.)
