Neil DeGrasse Tyson (as he has so many times before)

throws the FUCK DOWN with the idiots among us in the latest episode of Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey. As I said, getting the Creationists and other assorted ignorants among us in a tizzy seems to have become a Sunday event now, but this time was different..more...INTENTIONAL, it seemed..

When I went to the Cosmos website on Fox, the latest episode link seemed to not be functioning properly; a mirror link is posted below, but not sure how long it may stay up and working.

Actual science is hard.
Now I just read of some coal company executive (who only seems to be able to dig a hole,) who is going to sue the EPA saying the Earth is cooling.

Science is scary.
Tyson showed how a nearby supernova could cook our planet to ash.
And we'd BE ash before we even knew the nearby star was going to blow it's top.

Pure research and science doesn't line CEO's pockets, except indirectly sometimes.
