Cantor would not be allowed to lobby for anybody for life.

(Doubtful it'll pass, but its a nice way to let us ordinary citizens know)

Billet before him and Cantor (hand picked from Bliley's staff) are the tobacco, Universal Leaf, representative spot. Basically Cantor was an underpaid lobbyist already.
