The solid 6 tenet's of Dave Brat

1) That the free enterprise system is the most productive supplier of human needs and economic justice,

I wonder if he knows he just ran for a government office in a country with a mixed economy… he is an economics professor right? The public sector where else would a free enterprise advocate gravitate too?

2) That all individuals are entitled to equal rights, justice, and opportunities and should assume their responsibilities as citizens in a free society,

You are free, you are equal and if you aren’t then it is your own fault. Get paid less just because you are a woman, hey it is your own fault take responsibility as a citizen in a free society. But what if you response as a free citizen is to pass a law to demand equal pay… don’t tread on tenet one dude!

3) That fiscal responsibility and budgetary restraints must be exercised at all levels of government,

Ah, the federal government the one entity that can run deficits and as some economist point out, should run deficits at times of financial need. He is an economics professor right? He understands the difference between my household budget and the federal budget... right? For instance the federal budget isn’t an example necessarily of tenet 1.

4) That the Federal Government must preserve individual liberty by observing Constitutional limitations,

What are the odds another of the 6 tenets shows he really doesn’t mean it.

5) That peace is best preserved through a strong national defense,

I assume a strong free enterprise defense where the rich buy more defense than the poor… right? Well, I’m sure that national defense won’t cause any problems for old tenet number 3… right?

6) That faith in God, as recognized by our Founding Fathers is essential to the moral fiber of the Nation.

Hey number 4 made it almost untouched through 6 tenets. I guess what he meant to say is observing constitutional limitations that don’t include the first amendment. The icky one, but we all know that… right?

Good god how is this guy running for public office anywhere?
