Worker at my daughter's theater found a gun

As he was cleaning the theatre seats up after a movie. It fell out into the floor.
It's now in the lost and found dept of the local police. Assuming it is traceable, they need to track this idiot down and charge him with something...and strip his/her CHL from them...if they have one.
The what if list is horrible to think about. Sit down and get shot...kid finds it and plays with it..list can go on forever.

there is a new Public Service Announcement they show after the previews. It tells the audience what to do if " a monster" comes in the theater, and they show a big red blobby cartoon of a "mad monster" then they say how to find the exits etc. Very sad it has come to this.

It very well could have...

I miss the days where the worst thing they found while cleaning was a person's underwear thrown under a seat.
