(11,085 posts)The 1%ers who owned stock in AQ, Inc. would have lobbied to protect them from liability or retaliation. The Carlyle Group would probably own a big chunk of stock, meaning George H. W. Bush would have a personal stake in their continued viability.
I think we just invented a new business plan here--for profit corporate terrorism.

Of course, CACI, BEA, SAIC, ETC have grabbed what they could by hiring the generals and Contracting Officers from the government and then milking their connections.
We may have to get our connections by looking for whistle-blowers, underpayed civil servants that are treated like scum by the contractors, ex-military that are treated like scum by the VA, ETC.
Hmmm. Think we need to take this off-line?
