I hope we make enough noise on Iraq to get as much attention from the President as the right-wing

The drumbeats from the right-wing have influenced President Obama in the past on issues of war and national security. He stayed longer in Iraq and doubled down on troop risk and sacrifice in Afghanistan.

We need to make at least as much of a stink about how we feel about military intervention in Iraq as republicans are. If we don't, we'll end up with one foot back in that country, just to satisfy the warmongering, corporatist right.

What the hell was that 2008 election about anyway?
