Galbraith has been mostly right about Iraq. He knows the country- particularly Kurdish regions. He has a lot of experience Frankly, I think he'd make a much better National Security Advisor than Rice- who has gotten so much wrong, including the genocide in Rwanda.

I have nothing but sympathy for the predicament President Obama is in re Iraq, but I really think he needs people like Galbraith advising him.
