ban abortion if a fetal heartbeat can be detected which can be at 12 weeks or earlier, even though he knew it was unconstitutional. He is a rabid tea partier and is funded by national conservative groups like Americans for Prosperity, financed by the Koch brothers, the oil executives and Republican power brokers.
