They've got to renamed the term "boots on the ground"

Everytime a crisis (especially in the Middle East) happens, the President usually says, on no boots on the ground (to pacify people, no fear than there will be deaths).

And we know it's not the case

Same with Libya and Syria (I dont have the time to find llinks)--there were special forces and spies on the ground and probably are still there. So they've got to rename the term "boots on the ground"
