The first time they appealed it and their ownership of the trademark was reinstated. They can appeal it again. I imagine they will. Right now anyone can make products using the trademark.

Right now anyone can make products using the trademark.

The trademark remains in force for the moment, to give them time to appeal. When that clock runs out, they will have either appealed, or the trademark is gone.

Dan Snyder is such a petulant little shit that he'll keep this in courts for years. I'm just hoping the franchise is so damaged by that point that the monetary losses compound and he just gives up the fight.
