Sometimes I Think The President Deliberately Delays His Announcments To....

let the cable news talking heads spew all their comments and criticisms so that he can be better prepared when he ultimately makes his announcements.

I get this picture that they are sitting in a briefing room filled with TV's and listening to all this chatter and then drafting the comments he will make - so that he can take what they say into consideration.
