A Former Tea Party Congressman Tried to Say the N-Word on the Radio

Illinois: Former Illinois Congressman and deadbeat dad Joe Walsh claims he was kicked off his own AM radio show, The Answer, earlier tonight for attempting to say racial slurs, including the N-word, on-air while discussing the controversy surrounding the Washington Redskins' name.

Apparently, the radio station kept cutting his sound as he attempted to say racial epithets. He live-tweeted, and in the succession of tweets, we learn that he has been suspended from the radio station. Walsh also expresses incredulity for which insulting words he can and can't say on-air: "If I said Redskins or Cracker or Redneck Bible Thumper, I could stay on. But if I said N*gger or Sp*ck, they cut me off."

Another interesting thing about Joe Walsh is that his ex-wife is suing him for $117,437 in unpaid child support.
