Republicans: Obama must defend 'Christian' values

WASHINGTON (AP) — Leading Republicans on Thursday insisted that America's leaders must do more to defend Christian values at home and abroad, blaming President Barack Obama for attacks on religious freedom as they courted social conservatives expected to play a critical role in the next presidential contest.
"Those of us inspired by Judeo-Christian values...have an obligation to our country and to our fellow man to use our positions of influence to highlight those values," Florida's Sen. Marco Rubio said at a conference hosted by the Faith and Freedom Coalition, a group led by long-time Christian political activist Ralph Reed

Ralph Reed? Seriously?

Last I checked in with these TeapubliKKKan hypocrites and assorted Pharisees... we were supposed to be taking care of the poor, and those that have less than us. Ralph Reed, and the other countless Tea Hadists could give a red rat's ass about anybody but themselves.

James 5: 1-6

And now, you plutocrats, is the time for you to weep and moan because of the miseries in store for you! Your richest goods are ruined, your hoard of clothes is moth-eaten, your gold and silver are tarnished. Yes, their very tarnish will be the evidence of your wicked hoarding and you will shrink from them as if they were red-hot. You have made a fine pile in these last days, haven’t you? But look, here is the pay of the reaper you hired and whom you cheated, and it is shouting against you! And the cries of the other labourers you swindled are heard by the Lord of Hosts himself. Yes, you have had a magnificent time on this earth, and have indulged yourselves to the full. You have picked out just what you wanted like soldiers looting after battle. You have condemned and ruined innocent men in your career, and they have been powerless to stop you.

People do not think for themselves. I'll bet any money that in the last 3 elections a majority voted for the republicans because their pastor told them to.

Their hypocrisy is so transparent I wonder if they are honest among themselves in their private meetings about how much they want to screw over the world just to line their own pockets.

Christian values my ass. Where in the Bible is the passage "Do as I say, not as I do."

The actual Bible quote that is most fitting for them is, "You will know them by their works."

Yea, leading republicans, we see you plain as day for the selfish hypocrites that you are.

It is WHAT he is.

And the fact that the Faith and Freedom Coalition is in bed with Marco Rubio - tells us all we need to know about what HE is.

God forbid (can I say that) he were to ever get close to the White House. Reed, Dobson, Pastor Warren - once you get into bed with them you tell me -

You are a dominionist with a clear vision to put America under a Christian Theocratic Control.

On the one hand they want Obama to shove "Christian" values down everyone's throats. On the other they're wailing about "attacks on Religious Freedom" (which they're actually complaining Obama doesn't do enough of).

In medieval age, Judeo-Christians pillaged the villages, murdered elders, men, women, and even children. Marc Rubio yet again demonstrated his clueless about the history.
