Arkansas State Senator "no scientific proof anyone is born gay"
This and other doozies from a Rachel Maddow favorite, State Sen. Jason Rapert of Arkansas. This was today regarding a resolution he pushed to object to the recent ruling that Arkansas' same-sex marriage amendment is unconstitutional. The resolution passed overwhelmingly with a voice vote.
The article is short, but the video of the objections before the vote is powerful.
