A superpac headquartered at an African American mega church?

On UP this morning Crystal Ball was discussing the Cochran race and apparently the ads targeting the African American community were paid for by a superpac that shares an address with an African American mega church. Do we even pretend that churches are not supposed to support candidates anymore?

All I know about the Cochran race is that he appealed for help from the AA community to defeat a teabagger, and apparently word is being spread by the churches to help the guy in the runoff election.

Either not enforced or not passed, regardless which party is in control, if there is an iffy constitutional issue that supporters know is insurmountable. ...often the case imo.

I have no problem with churches being involved in politics or being tax exempt but I do have a problem with them both being involved in politics and tax exempt.

General fund? As long as we are saddled with PACs, I would see no problem with this if donors had to specify which entity they were donating to.
