Charles Krauthammer of Faux Newz and Glenn Beck attack Hillary Clinton over her wealth comments

Krauthammer:

Krauthammer Mocks Hillary’s Money Woes

Hillary Clinton is getting a bit roasted in the media for comments about her personal wealth and how well-off her family is, but Charles Krauthammer argued today that the issue isn’t Clinton’s perceived tone-deafness or her money (he mocked Clinton downplaying how well-off she is), it’s the issue of her lack of sincerity on many big issues.

He said there have been plenty of rich Democrats who projected a sincere desire to help the poor and disadvantaged, like FDR and JFK. But Clinton, Krauthammer argued, lacks that sense of sincerity when it comes to issues that many Americans are concerned about.

Glenn Beck:

Beck Mocks Hillary: Giving Speeches and Campaigning Is Such Hard Work!

Hillary Clinton has said a few things about her family’s wealth in the past few weeks that have struck people as out-of-touch, and today Glenn Beck mocked the Clintons for talking about all the hard work they’ve done, which Beck boiled down to giving speeches and running political campaigns.

...a governorship, the Senate, Secretary of State, (and a gaggle of other things) all equal very, very hard work.

anyone who's been successful. If the Clintons had made their millions in the arms trade, or wrecking the environment, I'd be as opposed to them as I am the Kochs, but that's not the case here. AFAIK, they've made their money honestly, and only traded on the details of their own lives.

of course the not-too-subtle subtext is that criticizing Hillary's tone deaf comments makes one just like Glenn Beck.

Don't you just love the brilliance of the devotees?

It's right up there with "Would you rather have Palin?" or, the favorite, "You're just a hater!"

I take it in the same way as "America, love it or leave it" and "My country, right or wrong".
