According to Rachel/MSNBC, Cochran's ahead much more, even tho less than 40% reported.

Rachel Maddow just reported that it was now Cochran 54% to McDaniel 45% a few minutes ago with 31% votes counted.

That's why I thought it showed Cochran down 0.5%.

I know the Repub race was a hotly contested and marquee match-up; but Childers is facing an extremely uphill battle against either opponent based on those vote totals alone.
