John Boehner Is Getting Ready To Mount A Potentially Gigantic Lawsuit Against Obama

John Boehner Is Getting Ready To Mount A Potentially Gigantic Lawsuit Against Obama

By Brett LoGiurato at Business Insider

"SNIP....................

House Speaker John Boehner could file a lawsuit against President Barack Obama in days, in an attempt to challenge the administration's heavy use of executive actions to further its agenda.

Roll Call's Daniel Newhause reports Boehner told House Republicans during a closed-door meeting on Tuesday he could have an announcement in the coming days on whether he will mount the legal challenge. According to the report, he has been "consulting with legal scholars" ahead of his next move.

Boehner's office confirmed the Roll Call story, but declined to comment on whether specific executive actions would be targeted. Any legal action by Boehner would be a significant and somewhat unprecedented challenge to executive power.

Obama, however, has given House Republicans plenty of potential material. He has made 2014 a self-proclaimed "year of action," issuing executive orders on everything from the minimum wage to federal pay discrimination. Perhaps the most controversial administrative-only move this year came in the form of newly announced regulations from the Environmental Protection Agency on carbon emissions.

So what is the total of the bill that the GOP and Baggers have submitted to the American taxpayer in their attempt to destroy America. Hmmmm anyone know?

So the bone head is launching a lawsuit against the Pres now. Well in my opinion he and the rest of his stooges can pay for it out of their own pockets.

because if they were to be successful in impeaching Pres. Obama, they would have President BIDEN. If the Repubs are seeking total power, getting a Pres. Biden won't bring it to them. So, it must be racial. They will apparently stop at nothing to remove the black man from the White House. Sickening, isn't it. That the business of the United States hangs on the degree of racism of the House of Representatives.

is how much static and disrespect they've given him, and he's put up with it so well. He doesn't deserve to be treated this way, he is one of the best presidents we have ever had no matter what color or national origin. He's much better than many of the white dudes who have been screaming to be president longer than he's actually held political office. Impeachable offense has to be incontrovertible and Obama isn't guilty of any offenses but all the people who seem to think he needs impeachment are mean people and bent on his destruction (from the only horse's butt I would still talk to). Destruction? Really? Wow that sounds melodramatic.

The total number of Executive Order issues by the Obama Administration = 173. And despite the "Year of Action" in 2014, there have only been five EO's issue by the White House this year. And one of the five was to change the name of the "National Security Staff" to the "National Security Council Staff."

So. You know. That.
