Some statements from his speech:
"Which part of that strategy today [do] our Republican friends endorse? ... we're not done fighting."
GOP has "abandoned the conservative movement"
"There were dozens of irregularities reported,"
"There were dozens of irregularities reported,"
"we are not prone to surrender"
"we'll see you soon"
No concession delivered.
We may be looking at a split GOP come November. Childers may stand a better chance under a Cochran victory in the primary than a McDaniels victory due to such a split!
Under Mississippi law, McDaniels can only do a write in campaign at this point. That could be enough to put Childers in the seat, though.

(19,348 posts)The tea party is pure filth. With that said, if McDaniels goes to a write-in campaign, all bets are off.

(89,247 posts)i don't blame them because there is a strong chance the teabagger would have won in the GE and it would have hurt the black community the most.
Cochran at least is supporting some programs which benefit the people.

(45,427 posts)it would be great if they ran independent campaigns to split the conservative vote and waste money. I wish Eric Cantor would run a write in campaign too. You know, because of their principles.

(81,220 posts)My question is - why do we NOT hear this more often? That's what these assholes are, from the get-go. All those who plotted on Inauguration night in January 2009 and on - all those who are trying to effect a nullification of the voters by obstructing, filibustering, threatening to sue the White House, threatening impeachment - It's ALL THEY ARE. EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM IS A SORE LOSERMAN!!!!
Why aren't we tarring and feathering them with it? Why is there such reluctance among Dems to throw that back in their faces? WHY aren't they laminating this all over them, and shoving it down their throats and up their asses?
How dare this poor loser complain about how reaching across the aisle is somehow a bad thing on their part? That's a bad thing? When most of America wants this and is tired of the obstruction and the relentless, deliberate NON-activity?
SORE LOSERMAN!!!! I want it plastered all over them like poultices on an infected boil!!!
