It's clear that had President Obama removed all US presence from Iraq, all of those people would be alive ... Oh wait, scratch that ... Had he kept the US forces in Iraq at surge levels all those people would be alive ... Oh, wait ... scratch that ... Had he travelled back to 2003 ...
