The US isn't bombing Iraq, and probably won't, but it's not above telling the Syrians and the Iranians as well as Maliki "well, if we were to bomb ISIS positions, we'd use these exact coordinates."
Syria bombing ISIS positions inside Iraq, without much protest from the US or Iraq, seems to indicate some arrangement has been made.
