Did you know that "all executive orders are not created equal"?

News to me. However, let Mr. Mark Halperin educate you. Today on Morning Joe he said just that. Ya see, Obama's exec. orders are "different" from, oh, I dunno...G.W.Bush's...

The discussion where this statement was made is in the first segment of the show...just go on msnbc.com and click on Morning Joe. You'll find the whole discussion...ugh...

Anybody else catch it live today? I guess that's the new GOP talking point...

It's not an outrageous statement, but the problem is that it implies Bush's EO's were about passing the salt and casual Fridays.
