So maybe they distance was the concern, we know absolutely that the 4 scumbags would be against anything that restricts zealot morons from attacking women, we know that

That tells you that Kennedy has fully embraced the dark side since O'Conner left

Interesting times. Surprisingly Roberts did uphold the 8 feet restriction, which really isn't enough space between crazies

The terrorists want to be able to physically impede the Women, they want to be so close to the Women that the Women will feel concern for their safety.

The way I'm reading it, and I'm not a lawyer, but I did spend a night at a Holiday Inn Express, the buffer can now be anywhere between 8' to 34'.

If you are a abortion provider do you want to spend hundreds of thousands in legal costs when a buffer of any greater distance is challenged? You know that 8' will be ok.

It has nothing to do with having civil conversations with pregnant women. I've been on that line before to help counter the antichoice nutjobs. They scream vile messages at them.

We have ONE PP clinic locally, and they've been fighting to stay open for 20 years. When my stepdaughter thought she was pregnant, she couldn't get a test anywhere else for free - not even from the state - so we decided to head there.

I don't think as many RW heads have exploded quite as loudly recently......... my Jeep made short work of THAT "protest line" - that was in the drive to the clinic, and blocking the front door. All to a bunch of loud rock music, courtesy of moi...........

She was pregnant. I have a wonderful grandson - thank you Planned Parenthood!
