A nickle sack, or bag, is a presorted amount of a drug that is sold for five dollars. Now, that sounds like a decent amount, but what is it?

A pound of Marijuana sells for about $1k according to the DEA. In this article, the inteviewee says that he travels to Detroit because the weed is cheaper there, $80 an ounce.

So a "nickle sack" or "Bag" of marijuana would be at most one leaf of hemp. One leaf. You might only get the stem.

So the cops harassed these two kids for an amount of drugs that even if it had been found, would have been too small to test and weigh with anything other than the smallest scales available in the world. They probably keep it on the shelf next to the tiny violin of lore and legend.

In other words, the cops are overstaffed with officers, because these two had nothing better to do than chase down a couple kids on their way home from work. And they never did get any drugs out of the kids. So figure twenty minutes, both cops, better part of an hour, and they accomplished nothing but turning two more people against them and their me law you obey heavy handed bullshit.
