The shenanigans BP is trying to pull is the very reason Obama
made them put a huuuge amount in an account BEFORE any decisions were made on how much they should compensate people.
Exxon got away mostly free, and he didn't want BP to pull the same stinky thing..tie it up in the courts until the people they harmed were broke or dead.
He anticipated them crying like this and was ostracized by the repubs for it.
Time to level criminal charges for the mess in the Gulf.
