About a month or so ago, President Obama announced that Joe would be handling jobs and training through community colleges, etc., see that people who need jobs become qualified to get hired through appropriate training....


What do you call this program and what's the best way to learn more about it?

Has anyone availed themselves (or anyone they know) to this program and have they been helped?

Wish I paid more attention then....
