"Christian group peacefully protests Seattle gay pride"

I don't think there have been any pride protests here before, as far as I know. Wonder what rock these people crawled out from under.

Their sign style and sentiment is sure reminiscent of the Phelps people.

If you go to the website of The Stranger (http://www.thestranger.com) they've given that group a lot of coverage.

But then, puritans, scolds, pulpit-thumpers, zealots and uptight culture crusaders are usually pretty fucking dull, one note, monochromatic types of people.

Not exactly giving a good impression for people of faith but they're a dying breed anyway. They're dying out, being replaced by younger people, including people of faith, who have no problem with gay people.
