Reince Priebus Upset Bill Clinton Says Mean Things About Dick Cheney

It appears that former President Bill Clinton hurt former vice-president Dick Cheney and his colleagues’ fee fees. You see, in the Republican mindset, it’s OK to express your opinion if you’re a Republican, but for a Democrat to do it, that’s ‘obnoxious.’ Bill Clinton had the audacity to freedom of speech Dick Cheney, thus Reince Priebus has a sad.

attack Obama and Clinton and every other Democratic President, past or future.

The distinction between a Vice President attacking and a President attacking escapes me. However, Bush would have to eat his own words about Carter if Bush attacked a President directly. So, he paints himself nude instead and lets Cheney and others handle the attacks on Democratic Presidents.

On the other hand, Clinton's comment that Cheney's criticisms of Obama were unseemly per se did not help anyone's free speech case and also left Clinton wide open for Cheney's retort.

Like telling Cheney "It's not president Obama's fault he failed to clean up the mess you left in Iraq". (That's paraphrasing, not a direct quote).

Sure, it's a shot across Cheney's bow, but it's also an indirect slap at Obama by implication.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I think you can expect to see a lot more lukewarm praise for Obama from Clinton as Hillary attempts to distance herself from the current administration in preparation for a 2016 presidential run.
