It's only Monday morning and I am already pissed at more then half the people on Facebook and in the news.

It's time for another Facebook Friend cleaning! Blech.............is this madness ever going to end?

I asked one FB "friend" is Hobby Lobby now going to step up with their "Christian" beliefs and provide daycare, and insurance for all the children they are now saving? I wonder if I'll get a response?

and crap like this just further reinforces my belief that mankind is a backward species. Take away what clever technologists have given to the masses, and there would not be much left IMO. Technology advances, but sociologically, mankind is incredibly backward and getting worse as the path to full Idiocracy exponentially advances.

tech and you've got a whole lot of nothing -- squabbling liars and storytellers and idiots strongarming and manipulating others at every turn. It shows me that the intelligence of a subset of the species can't really overcome the idiocy of the rest unless it actively takes the lead and handholds the rest of the population into something resembling civilization. Now 'leaders' just use us all to make money for themselves -- the stupider we are, the better off they are in the short term. Not a good position to be in if you want the human race to prosper.
