Corporations are people

The same fallacy that gave you Citizens United gave you Hobby Lobby today from the SC. "Corporations are people". The SC majority are assigning religious freedoms of the individual to Hobby Lobby as a whole. Despite the fact that no INDIVIDUAL's freedoms are being infringed upon, that is not good enough for this SC that has bastardized the Bill of rights to the point that it is now actually used to deny freedoms to the people rather than protect them.

No person at Hobby Lobby who doesn't want to would EVER be forced to go against their religious beliefs by taking a birth control pill. But since the SC says corporations are people, now it is up to the judgment of the company's Owner to declare what that "person" (the company) believes and assign that belief to EVERYONE else under that company's umbrella. I cannot imagine anything more un-American. The founding fathers are rolling over in their graves. We now live in a society where corporations are allowed to define our beliefs for us.

This SC is a clear and credible threat to this nation. We the people are losing our voices every day. This is just another straw on the camel's back that started with Citizens United, which legalized Corporate brainwashing. This has opened Pandora's box. How can we close it?

The al-Bundy terrorists, the Libertarians, the TeaBaggers, and the like. Just what do they think will take the place of government "of, for, and by the people" when they drown it in a bath tub?

BIG CORP!!! That's who! So the "I hate government" types will not mind being ruled by the Corporatists? We'll see...
